These terms govern the use of Afiyet, offered by THINKLYZE LTD. ŞTİ.. By using the app you accept these terms and Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA).

Your account

When you open an account you must give correct information and keep your account secure. You can close your account at any time with Profile → “Delete my account”.

Premium subscription

Afiyet Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the store. The price and duration are shown before you buy; the charge is taken from your store account when you confirm. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you make a purchase. Refunds are subject to the store’s rules.

Free plan, Premium and fair use

On the free plan: 5 recipe imports a week, nutrition facts for 30 different recipes a month, 2 full-week plans a month (after that, the first 2 days of the days you choose are planned), 5 suggestion swaps per plan and 1 Discover suggestion in Cook with what you have. In Premium these are offered without limit and a fair-use policy applies: recipe imports are limited to 200 a month, weekly plans to 20 a day and suggestion swaps to 40 a day. During the 7-day free trial of the annual plan, recipe imports are limited to 30 in total for the length of the trial; when the subscription starts, this limit is lifted and the fair-use limits apply. These limits are far above normal use and exist to keep the service fast for everyone and to prevent automated or commercial abuse. If you reach a limit, your allowance renews at the start of the period; if you need more, write to info@thinklyze.com and we can grant extra allowance on a support request. Failed imports do not count against your allowance. If we change the limits, we update this page and announce important changes in the app.

Your personal cookbook

Recipes you import from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or websites are for your personal use. The rights in this content belong to their owners; Afiyet shows the source and author and does not allow content belonging to someone else to be published publicly.

Publishing

Only approved creators can publish recipes, and only content that belongs to them. Recipes that come from a friend or that you saved from another creator cannot be published. You remain the owner of the content you publish; you give Afiyet a non-exclusive, free permission to show this content in the app. When you unpublish, this permission ends; copies that others saved earlier stay with them.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Hate speech, harassment, threats, obscenity, violence, illegal activity, content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, misleading or harmful content and spam are strictly forbidden in recipes and comments. Content from users who share such material or who disturb others is removed, and their accounts may be suspended or closed without warning.

Reporting and blocking

You can report an inappropriate recipe or profile with “Report”, and hide a person from yourself with “Block”. We review reports within 24 hours and, where necessary, remove the content and close the account. You can also write to info@thinklyze.com.

AI and food safety

Recipes, amounts, times and nutrition estimates extracted with AI can be wrong. Check the ingredients and steps before cooking; make your own judgment on allergens, diet and food safety. Afiyet does not give medical or nutrition advice.

Liability

Afiyet is provided “as is”. The person who shares content is responsible for content shared by users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes and contact
